Our mission at Defining Eve is to enhance women’s quality of life through exercise. Our trainers understand that no two women are alike; we come in all shapes and sizes. We will work with you to define your goals and create a custom program to ensure that you get the most from your efforts.

Community
We are all active participants in our community (one way or another). We believe it is our responsibility to increase quality of life and to remain concerned with the health and well-being of every member of our community. We practice this by offering our time and resources, and raising funds and awareness for a variety of non-profit organizations. Unconditional Support
Bad day? Forgot your deodorant, lost your job? Your trainer will help keep you on track and make you a priority, even when it seems like everything else is falling apart. And though you won’t be pushed beyond what you’re able, you’ll be surprised how you can pull out all the stops when you’ve got a trainer there to support you.

We support women in achieving their goals and dreams by providing them with realistic, sustainable fitness solutions based on a functional training methodology that helps women develop strength and feminine muscle tone in balance with their body, while improving their confidence and mind-body connection. Your exercise program is designed to fit in with your lifestyle, while challenging you at your own unique fitness level, ensuring that you can keep up with exercise over the long term, and attain measurable, lasting results.
Ongoing Education
With a minimum hiring standard of university degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or Physical Education, we already demand the highest level of accreditation available, but that is only the beginning. As a part of our team, our trainers strive for ongoing growth and development. At Defining Eve Personal Training, we believe the minute a Personal Trainer stops learning, they cease to be a teacher. It is for that very reason that we not only encourage, but facilitate ongoing education opportunities for our staff. Just as we do with our clients, we work to create an environment where our Team Members can flourish and succeed to their highest potential.
