After School Special NEW!
Whether you're writing the papers or marking them, let's face it- being at school is demanding. Address your stress at Defining Eve with an after-school program designed to keep you coming back for more (while strategically preventing you from lounging around in front of your television). With a calorie-burning cardio component to help you stay trim and light contact boxing to help you get rid of stress (we use gloves and focus pads- nobody gets hit), this 5-week class is sure to help you deal with the day-to-day in a healthy way! Backyard Boot Camp
Stair repeats. Lunges. Push-ups. Army crawl. Exercises that you would never consider doing on your own are Standard Operating Procedure at Defining Eve. An acronym for the phrase "Both Sides Up", BOSU is a dynamic and fun full body workout done on the half stability ball. With an emphasis on creating strength and stability, this class will challenge your body, while also challenging your balance!

Reformer Pilates is a moderately paced class focused on toning and creating body awareness. In these sessions you will work on a special apparatus which uses springs as the form of resistance. This apparatus, known as the Pilates Reformer, will allow you to work through a full range of motion with increasing levels of difficulty, regardless of your bodyweight or strength level. Known for its versatility and is often incorporated into rehabilitation programs, Reformer Pilates is suitable for those with injuries, postnatal clients and women looking to improve core strength and abdominal tone.
