Intro to Reformer Classes
Duration - 50 minutes
In these classes, we review the basic principles and cover Essential-Level exercises in preparation for you to join regular group classes. Beginner classes are both Mat and Reformer- based and you're welcome to stay in the Beginner program until you feel confident entering regular classes. Beginner classes are also a great way to refresh on the basics after you've been away from pilates for a period of time. Capacity for Beginner classes is 8 participants.
Intro to Reformer classes are also a great way to refresh on the basics after you've been away from pilates for a period of time. Capacity for Intro to Reformer class is 6 participants.
Reformer
Duration - 50 minutes
Reformer classes, taught at levels 1-3, are workouts performed on the most popular piece of pilates equipment - The Reformer. The pace is moderate and you'll really enjoy the toning and stretching capabilities of this type of workout. Reformer class capacity is 6 participants.
Matwork
Duration - 50 minutes
Matwork classes are taught at levels 1-5 and may include small props to make the workouts more fun and dynamic. In Matwork, you'll be taken through a challenging, full-body workout designed to strengthen core stability, lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Matwork class capacity is 12 participants.
