A2 - Standing Bicep Curls with Power weights

Exercise Description:

Standing Biceps Curl

Classification:

Biceps.

Instruction:

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, gripping onto the toning bar, with your palms facing away from your body. Contract your abdominal muscles and exhale as you slowly curl the forearms up toward the biceps keeping your elbows into sides. Hold for 2 seconds, and inhale as you slowly return back to starting position.
