Exercise Description:
Supine Triceps Extension
Classification:

Instruction:
Start with your head and shoulder blades on the Exercise Ball and keep your hips parallel to the ground. Grip the Toning Bar, with your palms facing away from your body. Start with your arms straight up, keeping your elbows in, slowly lowering the toning bar toward the forehead without allowing the elbows to fall to the side. Exhale as you push the toning bar away from you until your arms return to the starting position.
