Exercise Description:

Double Arm Tricep Extension, kneeling on a Stability Ball

Classification:

Triceps

Instruction:

Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart or by sitting on Stability Ball, or for more advanced exercisers, by kneeling on a stability ball. Start by gripping the toning bar with both hands behind your head, with both palms facing the ceiling. As you contract your abdominals, squeeze your elbows toward your head. As you exhale slowly straighten both arms, without lock your elbows. Inhale as you with control lower back to starting position.
