Exercise Description:
Standing Triceps Extension with a band
Classification:
Triceps.
Instruction:
Standing with good posture, hold ends of band in each hand and place band behind your head with your arms bent at 90 degrees. Extend one arm to the side. Return to starting position and repeat other side. For more intensity, extend both arms together.
