A8 - Standing Unilateral Knee Extension and Overhead Elbow Extension with Exercise Tubes or Bands

Exercise Description:

Counter Lateral Knee and Elbow Extensions

Classification:

Legs, Triceps.

Instruction:

Securely wrap one end of band around right foot and bend right leg, lifting right foot off floor and holding it behind you. Standing on your left foot, hold band in right hand with right arm bent, elbow pointing to ceiling. Straighten right arm, keeping wrist neutral. At the same time, straighten right leg until foot touches the floor. Release. Repeat other side.
