B2 - Squating Shoulder Extension and Elbow Flexion with Exercise Bands or Tubing
Exercise Description:
45 Degree Lat Pulldown with a Band
Classification:
Back, Upper Body, Shoulders
Instruction:
Securely anchor band in a high position in front of you. Loosely wrap the band around both hands. Bend the knees slightly and contract the abdominals. Bend at the waist until the upper body is at a 45 degree angle. Extend arms overhead, then pull elbows to the sides and down toward your hips. Release and repeat.
