B5 - Supine Shoulder Flexion to Extension on Stability Ball
Exercise Description:
Pullover on a Stability Ball
Classification:
Glutes, Gluteus Maximus, Hamstrings, Triceps, Hips
Instruction:
Start with your head and shoulder blades resting on the Stability Ball with the knees above the ankles until the body is in one line. Grip onto Toning Bar with both hands. Begin with the arms extended in one line with the chest, keeping the hips in one line with torso and the arms straight. Slowly inhale and lower the bar toward the floor until the shoulder touches the Stability Ball. Hold for 2 seconds, keep the abdominals engaged, and exhale return to starting position.
