B6 - Standing Bent Over Row

Exercise Description:

Bent Over Row

Classification:

Back, Glutes, Quads, Shoulders

Instruction:

Start with your feet hip-width apart, gripping onto the Toning Bar, palms facing toward the body. Bend forward at the hip to about a 45-degree angle. Keep your back straight and knees soft. Slowly pull the bar to the chest while squeezing the shoulder blades gradually together. Keep the shoulders down and the upper trapezius disengaged during the row.
