C10 - Kneeling Push-ups with Two Medicine Balls

Exercise Description:

Kneeling Push-Up with Two Medicine Balls

Classification:

Chest, Triceps, Upper Body, Abdominal Core

Instruction:

Assume a push-up position on your knees. Place medicine ball under each hand. Align medicine balls under shoulders. Slowly bend arms, keeping elbows pointing behind you and lowering chest to medicine balls. Push up to starting position and repeat.
