Exercise Description:

Push-Up on Balance Board

Classification:

Core Stabilization, Chest

Instruction:

Assume a push-up position with one hand on each end of board and feet hip-width apart. With neutral posture, perform push-ups without either end of board touching the floor. For less intensity, perform push-up from your knees.
