Exercise Description:
Bar Chest Press on a Stability Ball
Classification:

Instruction:
Start with your head and shoulder blades on the Stability Ball, hips parallel to the floor. While exhaling push the Toning Bar away from your chest until arms are straight but not locked. Inhale, returning the toning bar to your chest. Keep bellybutton pulled in toward spine and hips parallel to the floor while performing this exercise.
