C9 - Kneeling Push-ups with Medicine Ball

Exercise Description:

Kneeling Push-Ups with One Medicine Ball

Classification:

Triceps, Upper Body, Abdominal Core, Chest

Instruction:

Assume a push-up position on your knees. Place both hands on a medicine ball aligned under your chest. Slowly bend arms, keeping elbows pointing behind you and lowering chest to medicine ball. Push up to starting position and repeat.
