Exercise Description:

Seated Balance on Stability Ball

Classification:

Balance, Core Stabilization

Instruction:

Sit in neutral on Stability Ball with feet on floor. Raise one foot off the floor, keeping the pelvis stable. Release and repeat other side. This is a suitable exercise for beginners.
