Cr3 - Standing Transverse Trunk Rotation with Medicine Ball

Exercise Description:

Standing Reverse Wood Chop with Medicine Ball

Classification:

Abdominal Core

Instruction:

Stand with feet wider than hip-width. Hold medicine ball by right hip with both hands. While looking straight ahead, contract the abdominals and turn torso slightly to the right. As you release the twist, lift the medicine ball across the body until your arms are extended over your left shoulder. Release and repeat left hip to right shoulder.
