Exercise Description:

Partner Medicine Ball Toss

Classification:

Core Stabilization, Balance

Instruction:

Face partner, each of you sitting on a Stability Ball. Toss medicine ball back and forth at chest height. Keep both feet on floor or lift one foot. For a very advanced exercise, kneel on the exercise ball while tossing and catching.
