Exercise Description:

Side Toss kneeling on a Stability Ball

Classification:

Core Stabilization, Balance

Instruction:

Begin by kneeling on the Stability Ball, side by side of a partner who is mirroring you. One partner starts with a single Weight Ball in both hands, hips facing forward, arms rigid and down to the outside hip. The upper torso is slightly twisted to the same side of the Weight Balls. The partner is twisted facing the person with the Weight Ball, waiting to catch it. Tossing with the hips, twist and toss to the person awaiting the Weight Ball. The partner who catches the Weight Ball will then go through the same movement, tossing it back to the person who started the exercise. Continue the process for sets. For this exercise you can also use a Medicine Ball.
