L1- Standing Squat with Body Bar
Exercise Description:
Squat
Classification:
Gluteus Maximus, Hamstrings, Quads.
Instruction:
Begin with your feet hip-width apart and place the toning bar on your shoulders behind your head, allowing it to rest across your upper back. Contract your abdominals, and inhale as you slowly sit back into the squat position, keeping your weight into your heels and your knees aligned with your toes. Exhale as you slowly return to a standing position.
