Exercise Description:
Incline Standing Calf Raises with Stability Ball
Classification:
Calves, Lower Body, Upper Body
Instruction:
Place Stability ball against wall at chest height. Stand facing the ball and push into it with the body leaning forward about 45 degrees. Lift heels off the floor, then release. To intensify, hold dumbbells.
