L13 - Standing Single-Legged Squat with Body Bar Assistance
Exercise Description:
One-Legged Squat
Classification:
Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads
Instruction:
Start with the toning bar in front of you, holding onto it with both hands. Lift your chest and place one foot behind the other calf. Contract your abdominals, and inhale as you sit back into a squat, keeping the toes up in your shoe and the weight in your heel to protect the knees. Keep your abdominals contracted, and exhale as you push up to the starting position.
