M3 - Standing Squat and Shoulder Flexion with Medicine Ball
Exercise Description:
Push Squats and Medicine Ball Press
Classification:
Lower Body, Upper Body
Instruction:
Start by squatting. Hold a medicine ball in both hands and extend arms down until medicine ball is touching the floor. As you straighten your legs back to a standing position, lift the ball off the floor and extend arms overhead. Release and repeat.
