M4 - Squat to Shoulder Press with Trunk Rotation Trunk Rotation
Exercise Description:
Angle Swing and Squat
Classification:

Instruction:
Start in a squat position, with your arms extended down from the chest, holding power weight balls together, with your palms facing inward. Keep the arms rigid and the palms together throughout the movement. As you extend to a standing position, twist and reach the power weight balls up to one side above the shoulder, twisting the torso to follow the arms. Return to the start position, following the movement in reverse, so that you are back to a squat. Repeat the movement, but twist to the opposite side following the same procedure as before.
