Exercise Description:
Seated Shoulder Press on a Stability Ball

Instruction:
Start by sitting on the Stability Ball, knees and feet hip-width apart, back is neutral and the spine and posture are straight. Inhale pull the navel into the spine; exhale push Toning Bar over the head, keeping the abdominals contracted.
Inhale return to starting position.
