Canada’s First Women’s Personal Training Studio

If you are looking to get back into exercise, joining a gym may not be the answer. As a new personal training client what can you expect? In your first meeting, your personal trainer will discuss your health history and personal goals in order to custom design a program just for you. A fitness assessment is then competed to establish your starting point and track your results. With each session, your trainer will motivate you, monitor your progress, ensure that you are using the proper technique, and assist you in advancing your fitness level.
