Success Story: Dyan & Ganz
Over the last few years balancing careers and family life has taken a toll on our lifestyle. And while being a parent and a professional is very rewarding, in order to have the energy to keep up, we knew that we would have to make fitness a part of our lives again. In fact once upon a time.
Dyan's Story
Once upon a time I was really quite fit, but two children later I found that I had gotten out of the habit of exercise. Over the holidays my husband and I decided to have a Defining Eve trainer come to our home to help us get back into a workout routine.
Today, I exercise a minimum of three times each week, doing a combination of weights, cardio and stability exercises. I feel and look more fit and have more energy to keep up with my children.
Over the last four months our nutritional habits have likewise changed for the better. Before I started exercising again I would rely on quick and easy meal solutions. Now I see food as fuel, and I work hard at ensuring that both myself and my family are eating a healthy and balanced diet.
Ganz's Story
As a psychologist I understand firsthand the importance of being physically active. After all, in order to live your best, most balanced life, you need to take care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.
Having a trainer come to our home has worked well for us and has been a key factor in my becoming a consistent at-home exerciser. Training three times a week, I have already lost 25 pounds and seeing results has been key in keeping me motivated to continue. I feel better in my clothes and enjoy seeing the constant improvements in my body. I regularly appear on a morning television program and am able to (objectively) see just how much thinner I look each week.
